Sadly the latest patch has not fixed the issue. The lighting is still broken in the same places as before. Correction: Quite a few places have been fixed, but some still have the flickering lighting. (for example the bank area of the grove)

That does not solve the lighting issue. (for me)

Good to know, that the issue is not on my side. I just reinstalled the game twice, disabled dx11, tried compatibility modes, the bug still persists. And something similar seems to have happened in another patch about eight months ago. I hope this get's patched rather quickly.
