pistol shows numbers in the benchmarks but that was expected to boost soto sales... the feel... is absolutely the worst thing that exist in the game... i pretty much kinda quit the game altogether at this point anet is just disappointment after disappointment...

even if that would be true it all ends up in the same patch list of changes and if the communication is absolutely 0, which would be below intern level of quality, just skimming through the same patch notes that everyone has should have raised some flags in every single team...

healers never should have existed in this game... it started off well, everyone sustaining themselves and maybe just a bit of support to allies... now you fight someone you get them to 20% and they run back to their support and get insta healed to full or are just a support themselves making them immortal unless several people ganks up on them to CC them to death or just nuke them really fast... remove healers from the game and everything will be fixed...

i mean... i know you tried really hard to sound smart there... but even though you failed miserably, what you actually described would be better than this kitten pistol...

so? some people go for dps, some go for feel/aesthetics... stop trying to FORCE diversity... everyone knows at this point it's not gonna work well at the end!

yup, pistol feels like using a long kitten to throw at your targets... it's by far the worst weapon in the game, even engi pistol feels better after the latest QoL changes the diversity of skills is also amazing... fire 1 is a SHOT, fire 2 is a SHOT, fire 3 is an aoe SHOT water 1 is a SHOT, water 2 is 5 SHOT! water 3 is a field (this one actually is kinda nice) air 1 is a SHOT, air 2 is a SHOT, air 3 is A DASH AND A SHOT earth 1 is a SHOT, earth 2 is a SHOT, earth 3 is a SHOT when i was saying that pistol is by far the worst weapon an elementalist can have people disagreed... i hate to be proven right but this weapon feels horrible to use and has literally 0 imagination used to create it... i mean my expectations were low to begin with BUT GOD kitten!

because that would actually make ele good and we don't want that here...

how about remove the stupid mechanic altogether and bake the buffs into the skills as they should be?

once again ele gets the shaft... other classes get their garbage mechanic completely removed and reworked but the kitten bullets that nobody liked on ele ofc will remain to be a hindrance... clutter that buff bar some more will you... it can still fit on the screen...

so the new relic they will introduce will not be Legendary... i see...

am i the only one that prefers to having to frontload the work and then be happy with the legendary instead of having to catch up every expansion for the new relics? imho this is a horrible idea, it breaks it off of the consistency of the rest of the legendaries and is going to be really annoying... how about you make better content that makes me want to play it instead of forcing me into it to unlock things i should have already?

ele got nerfed so many times in a row because of people crying it's pretty weak now... if you see the odd ele roamer it's usually someone that's been sticking to ele through thick and thin... people getting farmed by eles are confused >>>

no idea where the hell you saw that... all i see is people in gank groups going after players they outnumber and running away from even fights... meanwhile commanders are doing their ppt and me as a solo roamer either have to join a gank group myself (which is just for bad players) or join the zerg and do pve... in solo roaming the meta is bring a support, in small scale the meta is bring a couple of supports, in zergs... well you know zergs... this has been by far the most boring "event" i have seen anet release...

you can try sword warhorn temptest too, use overload air, go into fire > fire 2 > air > spam what's not on cd > overload air > repeat... not the best but it should do something

you don't want weaver, you don't want scepter, staff and hammer so power sword/warhorn cata is your top choice if you wanna meme you can try FA power tempest build that goes into air, uses air overload, goes into something else to instantly refresh air and repeat

i would actually love that even 1 stack of vuln on the primary would be more than enough if it has more than 1 sec duration ofc...

first of all wasting a trait that clears 3 condis once every 60 seconds in spvp 40 in wvw and only under the condition the 3 appear all together i wouldn't call "reliable" if i just spam you with burns that will never activate... smothering auras is the only reliable condi cleanse and you need to run specific weapons to make the best out of it with transmute aura, if you can't transmute your auras you are missing most of that trait... "this thread is about celestial" ? interesting, because the title says ele, the first sentence of OP asks about ele... technically his whole opening post is about ele except once single word wondering if it's because of cele or just ele being broken... so i have no idea where you gathered that this post is about cele at all... also ofc fresh air is "fine", it dies to a spit from a guard npc if it makes a mistake...

that trait that heals for 279 in full minstrel x3 = 837 if you spam your attunements and do nothing else... yeah that will totally outheal the 15k whirling wrath which you didn't dodge because you spammed 1111111... please bring more hyperbole cuz these arguments are too based in reality... /s

sooo lock yourself in fire/arcane with dagger offhand... and clear a couple of condis every 30-40 seconds? 😄 meanwhile busted condi builds bloat you with 6+ condis with a single button... i'm not saying ele is super bad at condi cleanse but your argument was horrible... like "lesser cleansing fire" ? seriously? 40 sec cd in wvw 60 in spvp 😄 you MUST be joking... smothering auras is the only reliable cleanse you listed but for example for fresh air weaver what now? arcane or fire? cuz you can't switch air unless you're playing core ele 😄 no wonder you guys struggle when you make builds like these...

mesmer - blink - 1200 range stun break thief - shadowstep - 1200 range 2 way 2x stun break engineer - shift signet - 1200 range stun break guardian - judges intervention - 1200 range targeted stun break necro - flesh wurm - 1200 range stun break revenant - phase traversal - 1200 range, targeted, not a stun break BUT gives unblockable, gives quickness and has 5 seconds cd.... ranger - unnatural traversal - 900 range, targeted, not a stun break BUT gets half cd if it hits someone gives 5 stacks of might, regen and vulnerability on the target elementalist - lightning flash - 900 range, not a stun break... "but" does 80 damage... OMG BROKEN NERF IT RIGHT NOW HOW THE HELL IS THIS EVEN ALLOWED???

what the hell are you even talking about? the events from the past couple of years are actually bringing me to the verge of quitting this garbage game... the balance is non-existent, the bugs are very existent... what the hell is this decision making? are there only interns working at anet? have they ever seen a game? does nobody want to work there so this is the level we get? wtf????
