Did you finish the new episode? Like I wrote above, as soon I finished the Tower, I've got the Achievement. This or wait for the fix, i guess -
I had the same problem yesterday. The two missions from lw1 episode 1 didn't count and the scrying pool is bugged. Then I finished the newest episode 4 with the tower and the achievement showed up. Got the amulet.
