https://imgur.com/a/kVmGjPn In the imgur link above I have a picture of a Risen Commander who was located at somewhere around the Sparkfly Fen I believe, or the area above it. The mob was constantly regerating health, like it was stuck in it's zone of spawn, and was acting like it was still in its spawn zone. It kept repeating dialogue, and did nothing while I was attacking it.
