Same problem here same GH same NPC. also cant donate items via Proprietors either, item list is just greyed out.

Talking to guild treasurer is causing my game to crash as well as when I try to donate items via proprietor the items to donate area is greyed out, despite having items in inventory in standard bags. Is this a issue or am I just missing something simple?
