Thought this as well glad someone is pointing it out.

Make the dismounting lance a special action usable on mount or off simialar to special actions available in 100cm fractal and raids like cairne. Problem solved dismount.

If I purchase character bound gear templates and delete said character that they were used on. Will I be able to reuse these and add them to another character? Is there a system in place to allow this item to carry on or is the resource simply deleted and im SOL? Would it not be better even if it costs a little more to have these unlocks account wide? Like bank slots or shared inventory slots all characters gain access to another gear tab or another build tab?

To do this on a per character basis is literally an attack on the veteran players of this game, as they are the only ones who would need to purchase this multiple times ie: players that have multiple raid buids / wvw builds / fractal builds / open world builds. Taxing your most loyal player base is not a good buisiness model. I could find this easier to swollow if it was account wide but per character is ridiculous and a slap in the face to the veterans.
