  1. Dang, how hard can it be to simply manually toggle the expansion on my account? I wanted to use my bonus stuff during my vacations…
  2. I thought about this theory too but I can confirm you that as someone who bought specifically EoD Ultimate (and not the collection) for 79.99$ that the issue can still happen. Still waiting for support to come back to me with a solution. Right now EoD is still inactive on my account despite my purchase.
  3. I bought the game through the website pre-purchase page, not through the in-game gemstore.
  4. Bought EoD Ultimate Edition through the official website's game store (via the pre-purchase button of EoD's release page). Received my serial number, then a second email with an invoice (.PDF). So my order did go through. However when I look at my account page on the game's website, it still act as if I haven't purchased EoD. Instead of "Active" under the EoD banner like PoF/HoT/etc it shows "Buy now". And if I try to manually add the serial code I received by mail, the system gives me "This serial code has already been applied to your account.", except it hasn't. EoD is still locked. I'm stuck there, unable to activate EoD on my account despite my purchase, unable to receive my bonuses and unable to proceed from there. I contacted support, obviously, but I want to know if anyone managed to deal with this somehow? Thanks.
  5. Got both emails (order confirmation + full receipt) with the serial code each. However I'm unable to activate EoD on my account since it says it's already been applied... Except it hasn't. EoD still shows "Buy now" on my account page and I haven't received my items 😕
  6. I'm referring to the "Top Dragon responders" achievements specifically. It seems that Killer Waves was fixed after my last attempt so I can't comment on this one and will assume it works.
  7. Hi. It seems that achievements related to the completion of DRM in CM (Top Dragon responders) are not being properly awarded to party members. I completed Fields of Ruin's CMs a few days ago with a full party, but only the instance owner was awarded with the Top Dragon Responder achievement... Which threw to waste my investment and effort. I’m still at 0/5 completion. I can confirm that all three challenges were active and we were notified as such at the beginning. Cheers
  8. I bought the new Mastery Track from the Crystal Bloom vendor with two of the new currency (Crystal Bloom) in Eye of the North, but the Dragon Slayer mastery line didn't unlock. Now the item is gone from both of the new vendors and I'm locked out of exp gain in story instances and missions. Picture : You see that the track is still locked AND the mastery purchase gone all at once on the vendor. Edit: Okay, never mind. The whole thing was unclear. You unlock the track from story progression: When you speak with Aurene after you return from Rata Sum. The item you buy at the NPC vendor is actually the second tier of said track. I don't know if the exp from the Rata Sum story istance was accounted for though. Not sure whose's idea it was to allow the 2nd tier purchase before even unlocking the track or to award experience from a first story instance without the track being unlocked... The whole thing is backward.
