Thanks a lot for the explanation! I totally get why Alac Condi Tempest benefits from celestial and assumed that the toughness probably isn't a reason to pick this prefix, but was a bit worried i can't get into Raids at all with this. Although it seems viable, i'm still a bit uneasy with the idea that someone else in the squad potentially has to make changes to their build just so that i can play this setup. Would you suggest any other Tempest build that isn't pure support or should i just look for groups where the tank has a bit more toughness on them anyway?

Can any of the Raiders out there enlighten me on the current state of Meta Builds for Raids and how toughness plays into that? My understanding is that in some Boss fights, the player with the highest toughness gets the aggro - but Tanks don't really wear tanky gear and are more like a DPS with 1001 toughness. So in the end, its best to have no additional toughness at all if you don't want to tank (let's ignore Soulbeast for a second). I'm asking because i want to make a more damage oriented build for my Tempest (currently Alac Heal) which i potentially could take into Raids some day. I checked SnowCrows, where i usually get my builds from, and the Alac Condi Tempest they recommend wears a good amount of Celestial (https://snowcrows.com/en/builds/elementalist/tempest/condition-alacrity-tempest). I'm a little confused by this and just curious if i missed something, or if the way Group Content or Raids specifically are played changed in the last months. Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to explain and give their opinion 🙂

Sadly it's still an issue. Trying for 2 days now - checking in on him every now and then, two times i was hanging out there for over an hour. When i've been there for longer all other events nearby started regularly, but he's just standing around doing nothing. There are also always players around him, probably also trying desperately to get this whistle

Thank you so much, you saved me a lot of time and frustration! I tried to start from the control point in the fight and re-entered the instance so many times - but it always bugged out. Then i read your comment, slowed down and let Joko finish all of his dialogue and the fight finally continued beyond the 2nd phase
