  1. Is it possible? Viable? I ask as I 'd like to try, but I haven't seen any warriors while roaming for months, certainly not solo, and the builds on Metabattle all have poor-average ratings. In particular, I'd like to try a melee warrior build (barbarian theme) which could be power or condi based. Would this be possible without being repeatedly roflstomped by other roamers?
  2. Making Blurred Inscriptions and Restorative Illusions both grandmaster traits ruins a lot of roaming builds in WvW - builds that were not in any way overpowered. Please revert this unnecessary change.

Just wondering if there are plans to add the rune effects that were removed with the arrival of SotO, such as traps giving stealth and superspeed, summonable parrots, rock dogs and golems, and stacks of might/fury from things like Superior Rune of the Pack. Typically, when an expansion is released, things are added to the game rather than being removed. I've never seen anyone complain in any gamemode that stealth on traps, rock dogs, etc. were overpowered, so I can't understand the logic behind removing them. Hopefully they'll be returned soon!
  4. None of the rune effects that were removed were overpowered. Trapper runes were fun in WvW, but not "meta", the summon runes added flavour to the game. Please return these rune effects as relics, as there was no need to remove them at all.
  5. Wait, they removed trapper runes? Surely that can't be right? That'll kill several of my characters.
  6. Keep underestimating us, no worries! We're happy to be under the radar.
  7. Currently the character limit is at 69/70/71/72 I believe, depending on if you got a free slot with various expansions or special editions. As the limit does increase with expansions, why not cap it at a nice, round number - 80? I know a fair few people who are at the limit and would be happy to spend gems on more character slots. I know that most people aren't altaholics, but for those who are, it would be a significant change.
  8. If they go ahead and apply these changes to all game modes, rather than just PvE, it means that they've never tried playing mirage in WvW or just don't care at all about that gamemode.
  9. Regarding the proposed change to chaos vortex - PLEASE don't enforce this in WvW and PvP. Make it PvE only. With only one dodge in competitive modes, being able to stack might before a fight is important. Additionally, relying on having 2-3 clones up constantly for might isn't very practical in WvW. The change would impact all builds in WvW, whether they be roaming or support-based. At the same time, I haven't seen anything to justify a nerf to mirage in competitive modes. Nobody complains about them, they aren't a common sight, at least on my server. I see far more virtuosos or chronomancers already. Mirage is, in my opinion, in an "almost okay" place in WvW and PvP at the moment. It's not great, but it's just about possible to perform with the staff ambush skill as it is. Following the November patch, the class will be dead in WvW and PvP, if the proposed change goes ahead.
