I'll have to wait to see what people find to be the optimum rotation but it definitely doesn't feel as nice and as fluid to use as before. The range on the skills is a nice addition but those cast times on all of the skills feel a bit rough and clunky to use.

I noticed for me it was only affecting Artillery Slash(Gunsaber 3) but all other weapon and utility skills aren't refunded any spent ammo
