Not seeing the forest for the trees here, normal cases it's a block and life goes on. This person is at it daily for months affecting new players or recent transfers that don't know better. Some even transfer off server to escape. Runs commander tag and new players to game or server follow them as they lead away from helpful objectives and sit inside towers. It's a new/gullible player beacon as well as the verbal abuse. Really I haven't even been personally targeted by this person, yet, but this is how I can speak about them manipulating new players into blocking people that have good callouts. Then the callouts go unanswered to too few respond because they had callout player blocked thanks to abusive player. I'm a spectator really but watching the bigger picture unfold because it's been for months

*When you callout an objective but they have you blocked because the abusive player lies about those that have blocked him and objectives are not getting responses they need, it affects wvw more than a simple 'block bad chat' Lots of new steam players and new transfers to our servers, yes they are gullible for believing said abuser but when there is no other voice, what else are they supposed to believe

The problem is that this player then gets people who have not blocked him yet into discussion and convinces others to block people they have blocked while the 'victims' if you will, of said abuser cannot see chat or know to correct/defend. Next thing you know callouts are not working right because so much blocking going on all stemming from 1, very abusive player.

Is anet simply not reading the chat following reports; majority if not the entire server has reported this specific person yet they sign in every day to take out their internal anger on everyone. Most have blocked already but is that seriously the most that anet is willing to do for these situations? All they do is aim to negatively affect other's mental health, occupy a wvw slot during queues, and in general try to obstruct players as much as possible combined with spamming chat. I am certain over 40 people reported this person days ago, possibly hundreds of players reported throughout past 2-3 months. The current message from anet is that verbal abuse is fine. Added: Reporting has not worked, we wouldn't be here if it did. Maybe read the reported chats.
