  2. That why i said mostly... some mad lad is bound to do a support warrior or a Team fighter.. however it does not excel at it.
  3. Both roaming and zerg have problems that ANET or can't fix, don't want to fix or don't know how to fix. As for roaming issues are bad balance around classes and honestly little objectives for roamers, we can only really can take camps and sentry since building a siege often requires more than one trip to build. as for balance around classes i think ANET is not doing anything to fix (No saying that "is not really balanced for roaming" is not an good argument and i will make clear when soon enough) the following is some issues that predominantly affects roaming. Willbender: It will dash at you with 1 aegis 3 blocks from focus protection and various other boons and more buffs from virtues and will blind you. negating 5 hits of yours while melting you with lots of damage and if you are not dead they will dash away and wait to do again. you could argue they need that much defense to survive in a zerg fight but that is false cause zergs have support to deal with survivability proven by classes without that amount of defenses. Harbinger: Is there a reason why necros can get 250 toughness 250 power and pulsating protection for spamming condis?, warrior had 300 toughness while in berserker and 1000 when breaking out of stuns but those got deleted, and harbinger abuses it with crapton of condition spam and access to all boons... did i mention that they also have stat boosting in harbinger mode.... cause they do by stacking blight and passively when using F1. Stealth: That mechanic has no counter when you are getting one shot from OOC (Out Of Combat) and getting one shotted, and then counter it does have is mediocre as skills to counter it os often not worth taking. (sight beyond sight and on my mark comes to mind). Also another issue with stealth that some skills requires target not allowing people even try and predict the thief and try and cleave them. Now for zerg gameplay the issue is the boonball meta and defending is unrewarding. Boonball: Less and less you have an effective way to deal with enemies that have more boons than you and the only way you can win against them is having more boons yourself or the enemy make a grave mistake and get divided and die by getting picked 1 by one. that's not an interesting gameplay cause it places the win condition on the hands of luck of having more people to spam boons or the enemies making mistakes. Defending: I understand that as a attacker getting sieged by something out of your reach but also is annoying for defenders to fight for an objective and still get nothing out of it. Killing incoming reinforcement will not grant you defense reward if the reinforcement didn't reach the objective yet, rebuilding also wont grant you anything, nor does tactics pulling only killing the invaders will grant you defense. Now for me to get a reward for attacking an objective i just need to kill an guard and if it is taken in 10 minutes after i killed that guard i still get recompense (granted is bronze tier but depending of the objective its lots of reward for minimal effort). It would be unfair of me to criticize and not at least try and give an idea of how to fix so here i will give a shot Roaming: Class balance: Some classes out perform other classes easily and some classes are desperate for buffs and i will use how willbender is one of the most popular and effective spec and keeps getting buffed and bladesworn who is a by nature clunky spec and keeps getting nerfed and adding more clunkiness like adding lag to an skill. It is obvious the balance seems to have favorites. Objective: That one seems to be harder to fix cause would require maps change... but also i have a a perfect solution, Make EOTM an map focused on roaming and it would decrease the borderlands queue and give roamers an map with less "getting chased after by a bored zerg". Zerg Boonball: Buff boon strip. boon corrupt can be a bit annoying as you need to skills to undo as you need to reapply the boon and cleanse the condition so make boon strip stronger and give the boon corrupt classes boon strip and buff the skill. Defense: Allow defense to be rewarded by every type of defense even if it was by doing logistics or being a obstacle to reinforcement. Well that was my longass post on what i would say is the issue for now for wvw. sorry for my english i am a self taught English speaker.

  5. Anet has no idea what they are going to do with warrior. at this point give players a class change and delete warrior.

  7. my recommendation... never use that trait. But it works like that when you wielding 2 of the same weapon (sword/sword, mace/mace, axe/axe. dagger,dagger) it gives you 20% attack speed. It don't stack with quickness or any other attack speed boost it only takes the strongest effect and ignore the weakest and don't work with 2 handers. By that making it useless in comp pve content as you have quickness provider and is underwhelming in pvp and wvw and open world. If you are using arms you want damage and the other options is guaranteed crits and ferocity and condition damage when doing critical damage. (250 condition max which is Amazing if you hybrid which warrior really likes).
  8. How the f staff warrior is a issue when willbender exists and just got a buff? Lemme tell you all a secret ... don't tell anyone... DON'T HIT A A SPELLBREAKER WHEN THEY ARE USING FC. very mega secret all warriors don't want you to know only here subscription and click that ring for more painfully obviously advice.
  9. Warrior in competitive is looking so down that i am playing base warrior when i am not spellbreaker or condizerker cause. Berserker only realistically works as condi stance. Spellbreaker is good but have really bad utility and since weapon mastery allowing dagger to be used on all specs the only value SB brings to the table is Full counter and megabane. Bladesworn don't exist in competitive anymore.

I would love to see a new map for wvw or even a reworked pve map into being a wvw map. and addressing the inevitable "there's no more slots for maps as there are only 3 teams and a ebg" Make it a neutral map where it don't have castles only objectives like camps and ruins and bosses and the resources of that map would be sent to the main maps. (Yes i know eotm exists but it is not solo friendly and the idea i wanted to say is a roaming maps and also a new map for people to enjoy)
  13. An alternative would be Hitting bleeding targets or vulnerable heals you (1 icd Per target) -heal for 200 health is simple but address the lack of sustain arms have. And as i am already here body blow from strength should be added something similar hitting Weakened or bleeding targets heal you (1 ice per target) -heal for 200 health.
  14. If the spec was not so clunky in would play it. but now they added lag on dragon boost, removed stun, stab, and daring dragon . in wvw i prefer to use base warrior than bladesworn.

  17. I would prefer that stealth was reworked to comouflage where if the user is too close they can be seen. It would last way longer but would not be as oppressive.
  18. I know but at this point i believe anet will only properly fix warrior the moment warrior get so utterly kitten that playing warrior makes you get kicked from groups. And is only a question of time with anet to that happen with theses stupid warrior nerfs. Someday they will nerf warrior so bad that even non warrior mains will question anet.... and that day they will need to knowledge and address warrior. that happened before with banner changes.
  19. I Mean if anet wants to nerf fh or even delete it they can go for it.... that would warranty a massive buff for warrior in all game modes. CASE IN POINT: Warrior mechanic is locked behind what weapons they are wielding which no other class really has (maybe elementarist is closest one to weapon related class mechanic). If warrior is not using FH they are camping a weapon (Hammer spell breaker or bladesworn cause their damage is back loaded into Dragon Trigger). I've lost my "Fear of nerfs" if anet wants to step on that landmine they can do it however i see another banner rework situation.

  22. I can't understand how they can't understand that nerfing FH will not make warrior better. FH is staple cause without it the kittening class don't really work outside of very specific builds that is niche.
