I have spent the past two and half hours waiting for the Legendary Ellutherius Wintergust bounty to spawn at the Derelict Delve wp bounty board. The other two legendary bounties on the Highlands map have come and gone a few times now, yet so far no sign of the Ellutherius bounty. I saw that there were bug notices from late last year, but it also stated they were resolved. Has the bounty become bugged again? It is extremely ridiculous to have to wait over 2 hours and have no bounty spawn when all of the other legendary bounties have a shorter spawn rate. EDIT: roughly 3 and a half hours have passed now and still no bounty on the board.
