Hello ladies and gentlemen, señores y señoritas!We are in search of a few most excellent individuals who would like to join us in our totally epic quest for raiding greatness! We are a small group of friends who are interested in forming a new raiding group. We primarily want to focus mostly on progression for wings 5-7. Later down the line we want to work on CMs. We don't care much about completing wings 1-4. So if you are looking for a dependable full clear group we might not be the group for you. We raid Saturdays and Sundays, 2 hour sessions starting at 11amPST / 2pmEST. So what kind of qualifications are we looking for in these most excellent individuals?Well, we would like to bring in people who are able to multi class and/or are willing to multi class and pick up new roles. Pretty much we don't just want one trick ponies that only know how to DPS on power DD or something like that.Also we will take raid experience into consideration. We would prefer people with a decent amount of raid experience. But If you are still new to raiding don't feel discouraged from applying. We don't mind teaching and helping people learn new encounters. This is a progression group after all. We just ask that you come prepared and ready to raid. Have the appropriate gear and knowledge of how to play the class and role that you are trying to fill. We simply do not want to teach you how to play your class on top of teaching you how to do mechanics if you are new.But perhaps the most important thing that we are looking for is chemistry. We want people who are fun, social and active. We want to have fun on top of getting shit done. We like to goof around a lot and we don't take ourselves too serious. We are looking for a few awesome individuals that would like to join naughty ranks and help us build our dream guild. We are in search of people that are fun, social and active. We don't care if you are a veteran of the game or a total newbie. Our main goal is chemistry. Our dream is to be the type of guild where everyone knows each other. A guild where everyone is willing to help each other out. A guild where everyone's voice matters. So if you are new to the game and need a home, come check us out. We want to focus on building up a second raid group as well as smaller groups for high level fractals. As we gather more members and interest grows, we want to expand into the realm of WvW and PvP. Some of our guild activities will include: Raiding for them sweet panty drops.Running low level toons with no AR through high level fractals.AFK'ing at Meta events and world bosses while we let our auto attacks do all the work.Getting stomped in PvPRunning away and sacrificing our friends to the enemy zerg in WvW.If guild missions are your kink, we will try to do them as well.If you like what you hear and are interested in joining us, there are a few things you should know. First, we prefer to invite members that are 18 years or older, for… reasons… Also, we use Discord and would like to recruit members who are able and willing to use voice chat in order to help organize challenging in game content. (An added benefit is that it also helps with the social vibe within the guild.) Finally, we tend to goof around a lot and we never take ourselves too serious. I think that the biggest problem with engi is that it is not a great support class. even with the changes to scrapper no group is really going to want you in raids or wvw comps. because they cant offer the right combination of boon support that other classes can offer. in pvp engi is still in an okay spot because they are still a strong solo class that can offer some smaller comp group support.

Engi doesn't need a second set of weapons to swap with. it has a ton of versatility with Kits and tool belt skills. the thing about engi is you got to think about what is the best way to approach an encounter and adapt to it with your traits and utilities. Also it's not that hard to hit moving targets with nades or mortars... you just have to aim ahead a predict where your opponent is going to be. if you aim at their current location there is a higher chance that you will miss because they may move away.
