The Shift Signet doesn't work when I am in movement : my character teleports, but the mech stays behind. However, it works when I'm standing still. The cooldowns on mech skills 1 and 3 (f1 and f3) do not appear.

For the one that tells you to dodge two attacks, i found that dodging backwards just as the big aoe shockwave hits you allows you to very easily dodge multiple hits.
