Mine 8970m is not turning on anymore, and is just this game. Might be an GW2/ATI problem. But since i'm on switchable graphics we dunno. If you have switchable GPU, make sure GW2 is set to actually use the better graphics card. You could have lost your settings in Radeon control panel and it's using the worse GPU.

Well, it's technically there. The common section contains a "Pile Of Junk", Probably an instant consumable. You can buy shipments (usually trophy) with VM + Gold, and usually make money back or more. There's also stat selectable trinkets in the latest LS4 map.

Either of you using a different Interface Size? If I set mine to small it matches your first image, while on normal it matches the second one.

The attendant is right next to the large forge behind the bank, trading post, merchant, and smaller forge.
