  1. So i am trying to contact support, but it keeps telling me to log in to expedite my ticket. I log in and all it does is keeps telling me to log in. It wont let me bypass the log in system. I am logged in, but its telling to log in. Issue: I purchased the end of dragons expedition contract. I didn't realize I already had as it states you may purchase one more of these. I already have it and would like a gem refund please Its in my bag on Penelope Peppers

  3. So pretty peeved at this!!!! Only thing i want to play is my necro, problem is the minion issue.. i've recently purchased the upcoming xpan and now am regretting it 😞
  4. I also posted this on reddit, seems there is a weird issue with the dread raptor mount that people were mounting it and not even having it selected. Thus reiterates my issue with there being a bug with it and I would like it either exchanged or refunded so i can get the correct item that I purchased please .
  5. Please escalate the ticket to a higher up, This is not right that i purchased one thing and got another. Its a waste of my gems considering I dont even want the raptor skin. i purchased the pack directly for the shimmering skyscale skin. The rest of the stuff is just a bonus for me that came with it.
  6. I purchased the dragons watch voucher pack. I used the items to choose what I wanted. I had previewed the Shimmering Skyscale skin before clicking okay (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Shimmerwing_Skyscale_Skin) and thought it was highlighted but for some reason I ended up getting the Dreadnought Raptor which was not what I choose. Not sure if it was a highlighting error or game bug or what but its not what I purchased. :( All the items I choose were correct except that one. When contacting you guys you cant refund or fix it which sucks because I got something I did not purchase thus wasted my gems.

  8. I hope that is is where I am supposed to post, sorry for the Necro if not, but do we have a current estimate on ticket wait times? I normally am Very patient, but I can not play until my issue is fixed sadly. I’m not asking for my ticket to be rushed or anything as I understand it’s a first come first serve thing, but I am just curious if I should even hope to play anytime soon. On 4 days now and no response. Again just wanting an estimate if it’s aprox 4 days or 2 weeks etc

  10. Note that this Monday is Memorial Day in the USA. I don't know if Anet gets the day off. It might take until Tuesday. Ty yes I forgot about that. Well let’s see how it goes, sadly I’m not playing till I hear back, as would hate to do anything else on any account and it some how mess up anything :)
  11. Well fingers crossed, it’s been about a day since I opened a ticket, so hopefully by Monday all should be well :) Hoping for a character restore as I had changed out the enchant or whatever it’s called from the dog to one of them
  12. yeah had to use the anonymous option as the system would not keep me logged in to see any tickets.
  13. yeah pretty sad right now.. i understand if they cant restore bags, ill be okay with that, but those unlimited tools are kinda pricey
  14. I unequiped a character of all 3 unlimited gathering tools, and 4 pumpkin bucket 20 slotter bags.. I forgot to open my bank and place them in there and just logged and deleted her... I put in a support ticket, but the website wont keep me logged in so i cant even check on my ticket to see if it even exists or what is going on with it.. What can i do? I have left the slot open and in the ticket posted the name of the character etc..
