I see a lot of people in a tizzy rushing to find really good Canthan elite specs. Keep in mind Kalla wouldn't survive in a desert, and she never likely set foot in one. Anything goes with regards to this new elite, which allows me to once again shout from the rooftops: RAZAH Legendary Mistborn stance, with a scepter mainhand. Takes slight inspiration from channeling magic Ritualist to deliver high-voltage, mid-range power damage. The autoattack travels at a good pace, exploding on contact to harm nearby enemies. His elite spec mechanic allows you to summon the true strength of a legend, granting you supercharged 'glyph-like' versions of your currently equipped legend. Also, we gave him a portal lol.

Shackling Wave on Diviners gear doing around 1,000 damage? What happened? Is it this bad for every class, or was there some sort of mistake?

Here's my Herald, Ethan Zephyr. He was originally a Dervish in GW1, but died during the War in Kryta. He was buried in the Maguuma Jungle, and was reborn as a Sylvari many years later. He still has a faint recollection as his past self, which manifests as Revenant abilities.

Pragmatically, it's more likely to be given to Revenant. Razah is basically the grandfather of the class, they still have neither scepter nor focus, and possibly could give them kits in the form of urns, giving them a multitude of skill options. And we all know how Revenants complain about build diversity... ;)

We don't need a redesign. People who try to multiclass fail here because of how different it is to play a rev from the others. As a tip, you will often use skills when it is a good idea to instead of using them off cooldown. If you play as you would another class, it won't work. I love how creative some of these ideas are, but they seem built for a different class. Revenant does have some problems, but this certainly won't solve it.

Can we get the hood from the Primeval Dervish outfit as a separate skin? Please and thank you :)
