  1. Stability is not permanent, each stack of stability is consumed when absorbing a CC effect and the boon can be removed by strip/corrupt/steal. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Stability
  2. Precision isnt a high priority stat for power scrapper.Firearms - High Caliber +15% crit chance on mobs within 300 rangeFirearms - Hematic Focus +10% crit chance on bleeding mobs. That is 25% crit chance just for meeting those criteria.Fury which you can have up perma with some diviners and fireworks runes adds another 20%Which rounds off to 45% crit so you would only need 55% from gear to crit crap. Also as long as you do dmg you keep getting barrier from Scrapper - Impact Savant so Vitality stacking not really priority either.Only downside in building it like this means ferocity is a bit low.I've solo'd champions with power scrapper, it isnt a dps powerhouse but its sustain is pretty up there.

  4. Yes, it is just odd that the utility skills on the 2nd rev didn't disappear untill on the same spot where the 1st rev was standing when the patch hit.
  5. I had a rev in Kessex Hills when the patch that caused this bug hit and my skill 6-9 disappeared, I however did not crash and could fix it by just reselecting them.I just now brought another lowbie rev to Kessex Hills and around the same spot where on the other rev the skills went poof the same thing happened to this rev, again fixed by just putting the skills back in. Now I'm tempted to make another rev just to test whats gonna happen if I bring it to that same spot.
  6. @KrHome.1920 thanks for clearing that up, is there as mentioned diminishing returns above 3000 armor?
  7. So now we have mentions that 3000 Toughness = 33% damage received.And that 3000 Armor = 33% damage reduction.And that 3000 Armor = 1/3rd of a hit = 33% damage received.:astonished:
  8. Yea thats gonna be great with 5 FPS and massive skill delays.
  9. Got the same issue, I got 2 mice (Corsair Scimitar&Logitech G Pro) here so both being 'worn' out at the exact same time isnt the case. This has happened in other games from time to time I played in the past also, magically appears then disappears.
  10. This was done in SWTOR and it's great; they removed all the armor weights and renamed it all to adaptive armor which gives armor rating based on level/class.
  11. Well it's about 3 hours later now and still nothing.I sure hope that the Welcome back to GW2 event (bonus XP) isn't gonna end today.
  12. I like it as you can go in and out of kits without cooldown.
