I had been planning to purchase $35 of gems (2800) so that I could buy one 400-gem skin for each mount. You lost that sale with this RNG gamble-box system. Under this system, there isn't even a guarantee that I will get one skin for each mount, let alone the exact mount I had my eye on. Give me the safety of a direct purchase, and I will support you.
