Not necessarily funny, but my favorite dialogue is the "I bet Lyhr's sitting on a king's ransom of snacks" line during the "boiled bog moss" conversation at the wizard's tower cooking station. I use that cooking station a lot, and it's the exact opposite of the "den of iniquity" line in arborstone, no matter how many times I hear it, it makes me smile . . .

Yeah, that's a no lol. First off, it wouldn't solve anything. They'd just have to tweak all the suddenly impossible expac content instead of core content. It would also mean a lot of especs would become suddenly useless, and the restricted access to boons would make combat feel clunky compared to the modern game. Moving backwards is rarely a viable solution for this sort of thing . . .

I wonder if the reason they don't do this is bc it is their intent to maintain gw2's group-oriented gameplay. GW2 seems to be an "mmo" where for the most part it's just a bunch of individuals doing their own thing, only coming together when forced to. If epeening was available as a solo activity, would that siphon off the sliver of the population that is currently interested in raids . . ? There was (is?) a bug with the Cerus thing that made it easy to obtain, but it also illustrates the other point that when something in game is considered desirable or prestigious -- for w/e reason -- it becomes fairly common as many players pursue it, while the truly rare items are so bc they're the product of unappealing content . . .

It's about ten seconds from when she's targetable until you can hit her. You'd prefer what? A minute? Two? Ten? Wouldn't ppls just show up that much later? Why not just show up on time now . . ?

TM is not a boss, it's supposed to die easily to a single player. I haven't done naked man in forever so I have no opinion there, but matriarch actually does have an extended invulnerability phase at the beginning. Also, if you miss mat I recommend pat, it actually benefits from downscaling . . . EDIT: To be perhaps a little more constructive I'll add that I don't like the idea of tinkering with older bosses bc I don't like the way it worked out in the starter zones . . .

I don't understand why ppls see this infinite siege as something they would like to obtain. You'll never use as much siege as it costs to get the gizmo and you already have infinite access to siege via the portable thingy. So why focus on the cost if the thing is not worth getting in the first place . . ? If I was going to quibble about this it would be where anet chose to put the ap for the new cheeves. I would have put it on the anybody-can-do-it "expertise" cheeves, and left the infinite siege cheeves without. This would be consistent with the other 'reach' goals recently introduced to pvp/wvw. But like I said, a minor quibble . . . I liked the expertise cheeves, they had me using some siege that I typically ignore, and tbh I'm just using more siege generally since these cheeves were introduced, idk why. And I def like that my siege sells for more now than it used to. Not that I need the gold for anything or that I sell a ton of siege, but the 2/3c items with a zero vendor value always annoy me on the tp, so nice to see some of them rising from that price . . .

I just want the unique things, I haven't done strikes regularly since IBS but so many shards leftover . . .

Oh like with unusual coins? I just thought the most recent strikes kept green. Now I can buy all that Nikki the Lost stuff, thx \o/

Support might be able to help but there is no way in game . . . You can buy blue shards with green shards, if that helps you at all . . .

Homestead ppls could just take over community creations . . .
