  1. I didn't try the Zip lines... I'll have a look, but my guess is that it will be a generic too. Edit : Tried the Zips. The longer the line is, the more you see the cat. Somebody told me that you can see it on your boat too. But still sad you can't push a button whenever you want to use it and, I don't know, take a picture ? Make a movie ?
  2. Please Anet, I know the JadeBot can't be seen very often (and that's a shame and you should do something about that), since EoD launch we wish to see it more often. But this is too much ! I'm at Neo Kaineng, Jade bot terminal and my bot is not the bot i'm supposed to see ! I bought the Catbot but it doesn't show up... I'm sad. What should I do ? Ask my gems back or wait for a fix ?   5. Hello there ! Just redeemed my code. I received all my ingame items. Gems are still missing, but I can easily guess that the "72-hours-countdown-before-unlock" starts right now. I didn't read anything bad about promotional skins. So, everything should be fine by me now. That's the green light to by the expac for my son ! Thank you very much to the guys who worked on this. This problem was solved faster than I though. Edit : Just to add some precision. I redeemed my code because the support told me I could. Even if it was a "mass reply" they took time to send it. Well so, thank you to the support-guys too ! 😘
  6. What I'm wondering, right now, is why they can't just give a proper code to the ones who had the issue ? Couldn't it be that simple ? Just a naΓ―ve question. I'm not a programer/dev at all, so I just don't know if it's possible to "erase" the bad code we received and give us a new "good" one.

  9. Maybe I'm wrong but I think they had previous issues from the lvl 80 booster. Few years ago. It probably was "easy" to fix. Experience helps. No word about the code issue is not true. We had an answer here, in this thread, really fast. What would you want them to share ? Day 1 : the message posted here Day 2 : Still no clue why your code isn't working. Day 3 : we confirm you still can't redeem your code. Day 4 : We have no clue what is not working. They are officialy working on it. This should be fine by us. I guess. Let's just be confident and patient. But, after all those years supporting Anet, I'm regularly amazed things like this keep happening. I'd like to know if other companies go through similar problems. 🀯

The bad consequence is that i'll wait to add EoD to my second account ... And this is not bad for myself. Only for the arenanet bank account. Edit : I've sent a ticket. Still don't want a refund. I'll just wait for the answer. Because of what I've read here and there, maybe I'll buy the "fourth" expansion in game and not with the website. XD See you in 2027 for that.

  15. I didn't read what is said here because i didn't play the biggest part of this new episode. So, i try to not be spoiled too much. I was just looking for the right thread for a feedback. A small one. About strike mission. I'm glad this new one feels a bit challenging. Kind of. The boss doesn't have a lot of life so the fight is fast. But the mechanics are good (in my opinion). But what i've noticed is that the chain mechanic doesn't have any particular sound. Even the usual sound you can hear in fractals or in raid. The same sound you here everytime you're chosen by the RNG Gods. The question is why ? Can you please add it ?Because with all the mess while you fight, and because I'm used to set the camera far from my tiny asura (some raids habits) i couldn't notice the "timer" above my head. And guys in my squad had a hard time with it too. It's the only thing i've noticed so far: the lack of UI sound. Every thing else is fine by me (everything but the boreal weapons crisis... But I don't know enough about it to share my two cents) Ps: i love the pegasus the way it is !Pps: what about a turtle skin for the roller beetle now ? My son is still calling these mounts "turtle motorbikes" and wish for this skin. He's 3 years old. Make him happy. <3Ppps: I'm glad you added new achievements in Grothmar.
