Update: I was able to get the achievement after playing the full episode through instead of just restarting at Fraenir - wonder if that's the cause?

I've definitely found Fraenir within 5 seconds but I am not getting credit. I double port onto him with mesmer so it's probably 1-2 seconds. Anyone else having issues getting credit?
