Second time I've had this as a weekly and completion doesn't give credit towards the Astral weekly . The first time I even got the Achievement for completing it but no credit. Anyone else experiencing this?

Came to ask this same question. The only official Anet retailer here is Best Buy. They literally never have anything for GW2.

Me too. I'd like to submit a ticket regarding the Level 10 tutorial achievement being bugged for me, but I keep getting sent to that page.
