"The Departed" has made me want to depart the game.
Galaa.8475 replied to Azuresky.1726's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
Since I could somehow be included in the group that thinks it doesn't make sense to nerf a content that is not hard when you learn it (I'm talking specifically about Death Eater), I would like to actually know what you think about me, instead of some veiled passive agressive strawman. the thing is ardid, its in the storyline. you should not have to run it so many times to "learn it". you get in, kill the thing the first time and be done with it and move on. the storyline line is nothing. never has been. so there is no reason to make tough fights in it. Did you read the thread ? It's not about learning the fight....There's a legitimate bug with the instance state that occurs after you beat Eater of Souls and as Joko starts his monologue that kicks players to the log-in screen. Literally nothing here outside of veiled attempts to look superior are about the difficulty of said fight.""I honestly can't see the point to "Playing", "Enjoying", this type of a tough instance. I love the story, but the time it is taking me to beat down Balthazar, and then the crazy maneuvers I have to go through to get passed the DeathEater are STUPID!!! Maybe have an "Easy" version? "why yes i did ,did you? i was commenting on the sentence above from the op and from two other posters in this thread which basically said , nvm... already been through that. have a nice day sir or ma'am, hugs and kisses. love ya much. :3 <3 :p B) -

what i love about tough fights that people comment about is they really are tough to most people. i also hated that fight. it is the storyline and dosent matter anyway so it should be nerfed. anyway. the comments from other people"i beat that boss naked with no weapons" " i didnt find it hard at all, i beat it with a level one toon and wet noodle" and so on and so on. i dont know if these people are lying to protect fragile ego's or trying to portray something there not, insecurity. i know what it is but cant write it in the forums. i get what your saying op, and agree with you. -
I don't know about wanting back. I have only been playing the game 7 months and have seen the same gem store items rotate three or four times. The game has been out six years now, surely they have different outfits then the ones I've seen. I keep looking forward for something different each week and its the same ole stuff. Outfits with seven layers of material, your toon looks like a toddler dressed for winter or the staypuff marshmallow man.

WOOT! UNBOUND MAGIC GATHERING TOOLS, YALL DID GREAT!, Thats the good news, bad news is now i have to buy more diamonds. lolcan yall put the currency needed to buy the weapons skins in the store for diamonds? no pay to win stuff, just to buy skins and such. im a big fashion, outfit, and skins buff. some of the currency is hard to come by and i will pay diamonds for them. just a thought. always a devoted servant of the Anet GW2. the lastest reports i've seen GW2 is out performing alot of the newer games in terms of active population. a few games beat it, ff14, and wow of course. but as far as blade and soul, revelation online and black desert, gw2 has more active population. the report was based on dec 2017 stats. Every game you listed is beating GW2 revenue-wise by a lot, so I wouldn't conclude that GW2 has a much bigger playerbase. And no, it's not the new WoW, not even close. GW2 expansions devolved TREMENDOUSLY, to the point where I would call them DLCs and not real expansions. WoW pumps out more endgame content in a random patch than GW2 does in an expansion. GW2 is also dropping the ball when it comes to anything other than open world PvE. The game is regressing a lot these days. Sources? Both you and Galaa have bold claims, but not one of you substantiated them.In terms of Revenue, i'm going to go ahead and say that in 2017, becayse of PoF, GW2 was one of the top 10 premium PC games in terms of revenue (87M$) according to SuperData, the games you mention aren't listed on their report, so i can't comment on your claims, which is why it's nice to post your sources.its not that important to me. ill play gw2 untill im tired of it or it goes under. like everyone else does. if the game makes it or not is up to anet. i and we can feed them every minute of the day on improvement suggestions. at the end of the day its thier call.
