I can understand making gyro stationary but why remove quickness. What is scrapper good for now except competent dps.

Coming back to game after 9 years and seeing engi mains finally became relevant was great rejoice. Now it is sad to see all current competent builds getting nerfed or going to be nerfed(mechanist). Engi will be pushed to obscurity again.
