Maybe or at least, I'm hoping the OP meant... "SB have too much resistance" instead of generalizing the warrior class. It's the traitline and F2 cooldown that's a bit bothersome. SB is almost like playing TGM on the command console. But punishing entire the class would not be good for Pvp. I remember how bad warriors were when they nerfed healing shouts amongst others and how they were temporarily replaced by revenants shortly after HoT came out.
