I'd grabbed the bronze raid trophy decorations and crafted most of them for my homestead today, but I'm betting my tail on them adding the silver and gold versions hopefully. If that happens, would be cool to be able to do something like select a decoration and replace it with another, using the exact same rotation, scale and location as the replaced decoration.

Homesteads are a way for players to express creativity right? sure to some extent I don't mind a base to work off of, but, these 3 portals, to me at least spit in the face of that creativity by plonking them down here and only here, where is a gate of varying designs (asura, wizard towery, druid like). a bookshelf is cool for storing lore, but while I'm not going to scoff at a bookshelf that you can shove these tomes in, I would like portals I can plonk down where I want, pushing even further changing the color of these portals.

I would like to see something similar to what old school Runescape does where we can craft and place portals that lead to different areas, for example, a portal to arborstone, or a portal to a living world session map. I don't feel it needs to include the gem store ones, but I would prefer having control over my portals and creating specialized areas than having 3 portals that lead to places I don't need to go to. The other side to this is I get to clear up my shared inventory slots of having however many portal scrolls.

we don't have a lot of information to go on about other rewards, laurels, mystic coins, and clovers were probably the main benefits of the current system, the new system puts you into active gameplay to gain those rewards back. That isn't nesicerly a loss to alt account users if they don't mind active gameplay, but, for folks like myself that dont always want to be active or participate in non casual (raids, stirkes ect) gameplay its a loss.

your not alone here, I'm also not the biggest fan of having to do active gameplay to get everything done (as in login rewards were a nice thing when I didn't want to actively play or between raid/strike nights with the guild, I'm in) Im not saying I want everything to come to me without any work I'm saying that I don't like being forced to active and not always casual/minimum effort gameplay. I'm well aware though from the looks of things I'm in a minority here

I am happy for the most part with the article section addressing legendary runes and relics, I do wish we had more information on how much significant is but equally I understand that not everything is known at this stage. I don't mean to invalidate anyone who isn't happy but I am happy and trust anet to do right by their players.

I'd say infusions are fine, raids look to take maybe 4.5 weeks to get all 18 +5 stat +5 ar infusions but that's the most gated I can find I don't see a reason you couldn't do a set of +5 stat +9 ar or in wvw's case +5 stat +1% dmg/defense against guards, lords, supervisors in the same or shorter amount of time. They aren't obscenely gated, they don't destroy the balance of a build (quite frankly if anything they make it very minutely more diverse) and they seem to be tailed to the end game your in. So once again I don't see a need to remove them when there are other things that the attention could be spent on.

I think you might be overestimating how much stat infusions help, I'll confess I don't have numbers to back my claims but my understanding is they don't make that big a difference compared to exotic to asc.

with eod its technically possible to get infinite height anyway on skyscale 1. mount skyscale and fly up till your blue bar runs out 2. dismount with bond of faith and glide as soon as you can 3. use the jade bot updraft skill (tier 3 for most height to use but don't need it just slower height gain) 4. once you gain maximum height with the updraft remount on skyscale and wait 30 seconds for both bond of faith and jade bot updraft skill to recharge 5. repeat as much as desired

I dont have any points that help close this debate but to be clear Im on the side of legendary relics being a intresting change as long as there is legendary relic given or some reimbursment of pepole that are loosing the benifit of the extra 6th slot effect and have 6/7 legendary runes.

I know a friend that just joined that would like to have access to this at a later date. I think i am accidently suggesting this, if i had to put further thought into it something like 1/4 of the average mount select license (1200 gems), 300 gems ish to ship to another account maybe more or less.

Your both right, I should be content with a free skin and to an extent I am, but there's always a want for more sure maybe I'm the not scalper that would create 179 accounts to get all the skins, but as you say there is those that would.

I cant claim the mount skin on the alts, as only 1 out of the 5 alt accounts own PoF, My steam account still is F2P. So yes great its a free mount skin and yes first world problem greedy, but I'd like to be able to gift it to main if i cant claim it on alts. Maths 4 alts times by £25.99 for PoF that's a whopping £103.96 for a free mount skin that I'm never going to use on the account.
