What I wish someone could explain but everyone dances around it. What is auto attack exactly? Is it the 1 key spinning and when it stops, auto attack is over? People say that you should not interrupt auto attack, so you just wait until some visual cue tells you that auto attack is over and you can hit another skill? I will never be able to understand a 20 step rotation and I get that it means I will never raid, do cm strikes etc and I am fine with it. But the 30k dps with 4 skills video is a fun watch but is not true really. I used the mechanist one, all the same gear, food, was close on the jewelry and I could barely get 12k dps. In open world pve I dropped down to 4-6k. Personally I feel that these videos are just someone showing off what they can do on the dummy but put them out playing and they fail.

I am curious how accurate the gw2 efficiency site is, https://gw2efficiency.com/account/player-statistics . It shows the guardian as the most played class with the engineer last. Granted the numbers are only 3% apart but it just seems odd since I see squads with mostly engineers in them fairly often. What's really telling tho is the number of hours per class.57 million hours played as engineer versus 135 million played by guardians. Is it possible to infer from these two numbers that engineers are the popular flavor of the month but that they don't get played for very long at a time?

I wish someone would add info to the wiki on this fight, all I can do is stand there and die to the 3 champs. The special action key does nothing and there is no info anywhere on what to do.

I first noticed this around 10:30 am pst on Sunday so it has had 2 daily resets that do not fix the issue.

This is the second post about this issue that I can see on the forums now. The first time I noticed it was around 10:30 am pst on Sunday. It has now gone thru 2 daily resets so the issue goes deeper then this. I also wish for a fix as it is now the very last item I need to complete both the map completion and the beetle.
