No I dont want to join some fat guild for the sake of this beta it isnt for me. Also the problem is when one friend follows a guild, other friend follows another guild, now group is spread across multiple servers. I have 3 accounts all wvw ready. I'm not some try hard server spy. I'm literally sitting next to wife on other PC cannot join her on any account. I've been here since 2012 and suffered through the terrible decisions e.g. all maps desert and having crafting stations at spawn. I beg a change here!

Yikes! What are you doing in wvw lol. Those guys will just join said guild or alliance of your popular commander thats already happening and working as intended.

Opening for following someone who might not want you to follow them in WvW is not a good solution for anyone.
That doesnt solve it. Friend will follow another guild around and end up on a different server. There could be a way to accept the follow request fix that problem.

If we could set a player to follow instead of a WVW guild would solve my problems. Then all those tiny guilds that don't care for them fat guilds could follow a friend. I can totally imagine the issues with this (disingenuous players) but those issues probably already exist in the current system.

I cant stand the new system. I'm now on a server where I don't know anyone. The few friends I play with had to set some other WVW guild which I couldn't care less about. So now we are all on different servers with 30 days wait. Having to choose a guild to follow isn't working for me and has directly impacted my play experience negatively.

Feature request pvp
At start of match if someone steps out of spawn they should be automatically flagged as ready. -> some kitten running around showing offAlso, I use a metabolic primer to save a few gold sometimes.. But when I go to pvp all that juicy buff is gone. When I get back to wvw the primer didnt matter.

I was in PVP for hours without problems. Was mid PVP match and wife woke up and joined WVW .
She joined Voda on deso (maestro.9016) (8pm Jan 2024 UTC)
He crashes, wife crashed, I also crashed. Must be Net Code?
I wasnt in WVW was mid match we share exetel static IP.

After chasing twilight striker for days, popped into that spot north of Aholma Docks POI [&BDULAAA=] and got 2 out of the same offshore hole straight up. Ran bday booster, item booster, sushi, scorpions.

I use traps a lot in wvw (supply trap, reveal trap) but I cant tell if I lost one or not. Could we get an icon to show my trap still exist? Thx anet!

Still happening. Seems to be only on the Vindicator. Wifey logged vindi and also same thing.
Sword 5, heal, elite all flashing away. This screen from Elon Riverlands just alone at skimmer wp. Wasnt even able to pop a skill during 10 man gather in echovald. Super annoying when trying to learn it this class pvp.
I think this class being over monitored atm? Anet could weigh in :D

Travel from Aborstone to ebg impossible, need to use armistice bastion port or port pvp first
Skill lag after join fighting one guy with empty map
Load vpn doesnt help. Same after 8 hours.

Its just recent this behavior. Turn off the monitoring tools anet! On 1st May 2020 I'm constantly dropping tried mudfish vpn also. Chat log shows everyone in my friend list disconnect. Its probably Australian bytes probably they are only 7 bits per byte here.

Its so bad right now. Its just like 2014 days all over again. I hit a blob in wvw then its sustained throughout all game modes.

It isn't nearly that simple. This was just an example I also have such guild membership just for alliance purpose, but then there are friends who follow other friends it gets convoluted pretty quickly. Eventually a few guys are stuck out on their own. At least in the previous system if I wanted to join a bandwagon server I had a choice and throw an alt into there.
