Apparently the latest patch added scaling to the Colossus' health. If it scales down when solo then maybe this has become an easier fight.In any case I'd like to know how you deal with the taunt and frost damage over time.

I just lost a few games because of idle players which I reported, naturally. And then I dc and get 11 minutes dishonor. No cool.

Had the same problem. You need to have the Filet of Sous-Vide Meat in your inventory for the items to be offered for sale.

From the description of the PvP Matchmaking Algorithm, it looks like decay is used to increase your ratings deviation. Am I right to assume that a greater decay will give you more mobility ratings-wise?EDIT: grammar :D

It really is hard to find guilds that do raids regularly and accept people with little experience. About the list on snowcrows, I would say only Raid Academy is regularly active on NA. And training groups fill very very quickly. Unless you want to camp discord and lfg and strain your eyes, I would suggest doing what I do : I start my own squad and clearly state that it's open to all and not come looking for a kill. That's about the only way you can get experience with the mechanics without getting shut down, kicked, insulted and so on. I expect I will start my own guild somewhere down the line. I'll keep you posted.

Raids are not easy. It takes practice to get to the point where there are no downs. Case in point : allmost all groups look for experienced players. I wouldn't mind having a hard setting like you propose. It wonder if it would be met with the same opposition as proposals for an easy mode.

Now that's more helpful. Thanks for the advice. I still think that training with mechanics at the golem would bridge the gap for many potential raiders but I understand your point of view.

Why do you assume all these things about me or other players? That's not helpful.

I would definitely like to have a way to train without having to rely on the availability and goodwill of more experienced players. How about having options in the Special Forces Training Area to add boss mechanics to the Kitty Golem? This would bridge the gap for me between studying the mechanics and actually being able to navigate them in an actual raid without holding the other players back.

I just started raiding. I studied the mechanics of the first wings and I practiced my rotations. I'm in the discord channels listed on snowcrows. But I find that most raiders are in raid guilds for experienced players and in static groups. Hey, I'm open to commit to that! Also, people in LFG are not interested in waiting for groups to organize, they just want their kill quickly and that's understandable. Message me if you want a competent teammate like me! As of now, I can do dps and support chrono.
