1) Crystalline ore is a crafting materiel and is in the materiel storage2) Only the LS maps have portal tomes, none of the other expansion maps have them besides a couple unrelated things3) The ore comes from pods that spawn when teh meta is progressed No bugs here, hope i could clear things up for you
