I actually used to play wow and its raiding experience is really really sad. The different difficulties really belittle the experience, and the content for raiding gets outdated. This is coming from a Mythic raider. It's not fun to raid in wow as it is in guild wars, it's also much more toxic and less forgiving. It's a shame that Blizzard outdates their raids each patch. Also calling players elitist...is elitist. I'm only gold in PvP friend.

I literally did three Arah paths with complete strangers 2 days ago. And it took like less than a min to find them.

How about....40 MAN raids!!! If there is enough of a demand for Anet to spend their time and resources, then sure. Just don't make it forced content. Forced story raid content ^^ ftw beat the game it rewards you with the next cutscenes of the story!

I love it, I'm sure we would love some challenges. Not saying open world but you know, more instanced challenges, eventually people will pour into it all and realize it's the norm. Make them one difficulty tho let's coordinate as heroes of Tyria! I just thought of an awesome idea, make the story instanced, instead we as players now need to unlock the progress of the story to find out what happens! And make it as hard as raids! That would be awesome!! Now we don't breeze through the stories, we work together to progress on it! ^^

Warrior isn't a duelist this patch you should be teamfighting more often than you 1v1.

No one said that druid should be unkillable. I'm asking about being A VIABLE SUPPORT, which means better group utilities. I've never mentioned perma resistance or perma boons. Also I've played druid since HoT beta and i'm sure on what i'm talking about, THERE IS NO SECRET GOOD SUPPORT BUILD TO DISCOVER. Even when druid was considered meta, it was a side-node bunker with some healing and group utilities (fast rez, aoe stealth). It was never considered a group support, Tempest was. Weren't elite specialization meant to give us new playstyles, new roles? Ranger only have side-node or +1 builds and you want druid to be another side-noder? With longbow and that cancer trait? C'mon. EVERY MINOR TRAIT AND THE OVERALL DESIGN OF DRUID IS ABOUT SUPPORT, IT NEEDS TO BECOME A VIABLE SUPPORT. Aye aye aye forget I said anything.

You're meant to be killable not unkillable, nobody wants to deal with perma boon perma resist perma heal rangers, let alone rangers who use GS5 to win abusively. I'm sure there is a support build you haven't found yet that works best for you, or you're probably gating yourself to an amulet or something.

It's being used to power the defenses of Fort Trinity; at least I thought that's what it was doing.

I feel like the core Tyria metas lack adequate rewards for doing them. Just like map reward tracks, they also lack good rewarding.

I see them as they run past my down state body crying for help with no enemy in sight. They should make them able to press F honestly.

Warrior main here, I'll try and answer your questions one at a time.1-Don't ever gate yourself to be a support as a warrior. Don't let other people tell you to either. That's a personal choice. To begin with there's not much utilty you offer to begin with, a condi clear some minor healing, and a few might stacks? Guardians and Soulbeasts offer more of both.2- For warrior full berserker is pretty bad for open world when you have a lot of enemies to deal with at once. If you want to be on the safe side figure out a way to incorporate some toughness with might stacks.3-Do not be a support in fractals, leave the supporting to the actual designated healers of the game, take full berserkers and use dodge. Some bosses are harder to meele in a fractal so use a rifle instead and range them out. If it helps use the condi set, though personally I find it boring.

The solution is to delete wvw and remake it from scratch. Include GvGs in it too.

Nothing, the game is fine. People just don't take a breaks and finish new content in a day. The only thing I would say is the reward tracks for maps is slow...and mostly unrewarding. Could use a new raid, its been a while since one came out too.

This sounds like a headache people from older MMOs are trying to avoid. And the way ANET's implemented tied loot before....god just look at the drop rate for Berserker's Mordrem Saber. That thing is tied to a boss and used to be worth almost 200g at one point, it took years for it to get where it's at now.

Why would you avoid WvW? When i started playing, i only did open world pve, i only got couple ascended weapon chest drop from Teq.2 years and a bit back i went to WvW to get gift of battle for legendary and loved it there.Now I mainly do WvW and have so many ascended armor/weapon boxes and rings dropped there. I'm going to ignore your statement about ascendeds just falling from the sky in WvW, because I played in WvW since late 2012 and only got 2 ascended drops, and a howl, in my entirety of playing it. As a whole WvW is relatively unrewarding compared to PvE and PvP. It's also slow and mundane if you're grinding for stuff. WvW is mostly about the fun of being in big brawls and waiting to get into towers. As an example I can get a full set of ascended jewlery in ascended jewlery in three weeks using Fractals and guild missions alone. Free. In WvW I'd have to wait for my monthly set of laurels and waste them like they're useless. I could go ranked PvP for a full four days and get the ascended trinkets and amulets and rings you can rest for free, which is what I did. From WvW however, there is a positive light for doing it and that's getting the badges for the practically free exotic armor and bandit weapons. You can get ascended armor using your memories of battle but that's still super expensive, and much much more time consuming than fractals, raiding, and ranked PvP. If we're talking getting ascendeds fast and free, WvW tops as inefficiency maximus.

I won't sugar coat anything here. Be patient, play the game, avoid WvW, and don't sell anything. I got all my ascended for free using PvP and raiding. And obviously don't spend your gold. Plain and simple. Also about your laurels, don't spend them on ascendeds. Join a guild that does guild missions and get your amulets and rings that way.
