    Signet of Air is now bugged and needs a target to be used, so now its use as a stun-breaker is pretty redundant.

    Anet just confirmed through email, the HotW p1 recipe is still a drop. Odd, Anet support confirmed to me that the Recipe: Ring of Blood doesn't drop anymore. Actual state of their support devs

    Wonderful to see another update without a fix to the bugged dungeon recipes for Vallog's Demise, Stargazer Pendant, Alpha Conduit and Ring of Blood. Perhaps one day, Anet will take a break from creating content people play for 2 hours then abandon and instead fix 6-year-old progress-blocking bugs by adding the recipes to the bosses again.
