Some of us are both! We've asked for more transparency regarding issues like this, and they've recently been providing post-mortems/blog posts about how/why things went wrong and how they were fixed. Transparency with issues like these are great for people within the community who are technically inclined, as they're better able to help those who aren't, without having to rely on assumed magic fixes or best guesses as to what is going wrong.
It's frustrating that it still isn't fixed for some of us, and you should definitely reply to your ticket to say that it still isn't fixed for you.
When you do, attach the log file as above - the sooner they get reports from those of us still experiencing issues, the sooner those files can get fixed for everyone.
