Hi from Italy... 14 days with high spike lag... ping is instable: 50-4k-900-50-3k... Anet is it possible? No feedback, no reply... nothing!Is it possible?!

Since evening on Tuesday 20, I suffer by lag spike (ping: 20-4000-20-4000 and so) in every game content. Omg this is so painful
