  1. I was really hoping for a rollback of the single dodge for Mesmer today =/ Kinda disappointed
  2. No offense but it seems you need a new PC. The game is perfectly fine for me... 100+ people in one area... all on mounts.. no problems with full graphics and costumes.. i770 16g ram 1060 geforce
  3. There are a few hacks going around that i have seen, especially onTC when facing the FA server, where you get 1 shot by something (cant even seen what hit you) and nothing in the combat log.. You just die and see someone run off laughing. Ban pass again anet? please?
  4. again.. condi is dead.. completely.. unless you are running in a zerg with multiple healers and other scourges simply because against most classes, you just cannot get off enough stacks before they clear it to do any damage. Roaming is basically dead now, especially in the top tiers, because of the addition of mounts so there is just no reason to roam anymore unless for example, you are stopping people running back for an smc cap or something. Teams with multiple power/blood necros (which doesnt make sense to me since necro is supposed to be the disease slingers) will rip apart a zerg of condi necros even... as long as the numbers are even because power does instant damage while you have to stack condi and wait for ticks where as power is like BOOM.. down .. dead. Now... if they fix the number of stacks of condi you can apply and reduce the amount of condi clears that all classes have to make it viable again.. i will play condi again. Until then.. power till be superior in every way just because it is meta unless you have like 30 condi scourges and 20 revs in a group that can stun everyone for 5 seconds and can get instant stacks
  5. yes... this is really annoying. can you please seperate the warclaw from the pve mount line or something... i always default back to it when i leave wvw and i usually use griffin in pve
  6. okay so we have been hearing about this for over a year now.. is there any set deadline or is this just speculation. So far there are no hard dates on any of this and it seems to me that Anet would not be willing to do something like this honestly, because i would kill their server transfer cash they get from gems. Does anyone else think this smells funny? I mean.. im not joking here.. just asking a simple question.. why would they kill a really big source of income like this? Anyway.. if there are any hard dates as to when this upgrade can be expected i would love to hear them. My best guess, would be 4th quarter of 2020... know what i mean?
  7. yeah condi is dead... completely. Any stealth class or melee can rip us apart and run away laughing. Dont know who this guy fought, but it wasnt anyone with half a brain. Any power build will rip a condi build to shreads now. They really need to rethink the direction they are going in.. we are the disease carriers... and we almost all are forced to run power now. Many more nerfs and there will be a mass exodus from this game... period.
  8. Going to keep happening till the thing i am talking about is fixed. If your getting a double effect on any thing in this game your going to have inflated numbers and there will be an over nerf. Stop being blind to real problems with a class. One of the whiners... come to whine because he plays elem as a power ele and doesnt want to have to really stack heal gear to be a water bi__ch. I would say that 5 nerfs in a row... MAJOR nerfs to ALL specs of necro would be considered over the top.. i mean come on. While mesmers and deadeyes can 1 shot any class.. and hammer revs can down and disable any class from 1200 range... they are not OP? Seriously? ALL necro skills are AOE based... and they have an indicator bro.. a HUGE FREAKING O on the ground... Take one step left or right or Roll with V key and what happens.... NOTHING. You dodge the entire bomb. The nerfs are happening becuase people like this dont know how to dodge and whine about being bombed in a hallway... come on. A choke point is just that.. a choke.. and trust me.. if your zerg is dying to 3 necros in a choke.. you just need to quit WvW all together bro... learn to cleanse and roll ... YOU CAN ROLL THROUGH AN ENTIRE BOMB IN A HALLWAY use your V key TWICE... you have 2 rolls!!!! Say what you want about players at the end of the day your not going to change them and when your only able to go after the "whiners" but not make a real case about why what they are saying is now true is when you know your truly wrong about your point of view. As long as scorge has both a melee cast and a ranged cast of there f2-f5 at the same time the class will keep getting nerfed. It is that simple. Deal with it get over it and ask for a real update. So we can stop these cdr nerfs or effect nerfs and do what realty needed for the scorge class.Oh... so elem doesnt have the fire burn on their 1200 skills... ahhh right.. so they dont have a dual cast... Humm.. must have missed that part.. Also.. necros have a TON of heals just by flipping to water... right.. oh wait.. thats you... necros have a second HP bar... oh wait no we dont anymore.. necros can melee!! .. oh wait.. no we cant.. they nerfed reaper spec to the ground... necros can 1 shot you with skills.. oh No .. wait.. wrong again.. our skills activation damage got nerfed into the toilet.. so we hit for 300 or less.. on activation and we only apply 1 stack of most conditions .... which you can cleanse instantly in water... right? so lets see... you need to learn to roll... you need to only swap to water to heal that lil 200 damage on you.. and cleanse 4 condis every 40 seconds.... you dont have to worry about us jumping in and meleeing you becuase we cant anymore... yet... ... what am i missing here? your worried about the "dual skill" on single activation of a skill that does almost no damage and ONLY does damage if you stand in it?? Humm... guess im the idiot... right? LOL

There's nothing strange about it, on their own scourges are weak to ranged specs, the thread is about group play where scourges are dominating to an extent never seen with any other class before. classes in wvw and pvp should be balenced on what they can do 1 v 1 not what 40 scourges do to 40 melee classes in a blob... Melee is week in an AOE setting simply because they are melee.... If you are sitting on a wall with 40 archers... you really hope that 40 knights push up to the wall... why.. becuase they cant get to you before you mow them down with arrows.. Why the heck would you nerf an archer so that they have to stand right in front of someone with a hammer before they can shoot? Doesn't make sense. 1 on 1 all classes and builds should be pretty much even given the same circumstances.. yet Anet nerfs because people whine. Oh i got killed by a range class from 1200 when im a 300 range class and im built for dps.. have no condi clears and am a heavy wearing toilet paper armor... yes.. the 1200 range class gets nerfed. People already left this game because of the nerfs and imbalance... and more will be leaving soon if this keeps up.
  10. The nerf isn't gonna change a lot for zerg fight. It just means scourge spam less often thus less forgiving in wrong aoe usage thus overall less dps in prolong fights but it doesn't change the fact that it still play a big part in killing a lot of people on first push. let the heavies push first then... you are a clothie and should learn to play like one.. stay in the back with your lil staff and throw water on your friends and win.
  11. Oh and btw.. Anet even added the "visual effect" to the scourge bomb 2 pathes ago... a BIG PULSATING CIRCLE EFFECT that gives you a 1 second warning you are ABOUT to be bombed before the spell actually LANDS ANYTHING ON YOU... learn to play

  13. I agree... looks like the mount skin/lighting crash is fixed... for now.. Your crash appears to be a memory overflow in a different sector.. You may want to start a seperate topic with the crash line to see if anyone else is getting the same issue =) Hope this helps, and good luck
  14. looking at the posts.. there seems to be a 2 week gap for everyone else as well where no one was crashing like this.. or lagging from it.. so it is definitely something they did in the patch tuesday.
  15. as a side note ... i noticed last night right after patch while playing in wvw, my ping was jumping from 66ms to 4000 when encountering zergs.. and i havent had this happen for a few weeks.... so whatever is causing this memory leak crash, seems to be bleeding over into other areas of the game. When the problem with this went away, i stopped getting crashes (whatever the fix was) and my ping was excellent for the past few weeks in any game mode.. but whatever was causing this problem is back now with the code corrections that they added with Tuesdays patch. It is the line.. Debug token '0x00000000000266FA': Lightning ran out of space for new bolts. that leads me to believe this may be a shader issue (im running a GeForce 1060 btw) . Now.. with that said.. they dont say anything in the patch notes about changing the PC version client (im running the 64 bit client) but they did add some "fixes" to the mac client... ((Fixed a bug that sometimes caused cinematics to render incorrectly depending on the Shaders quality setting. Fixed a bug to optimize the rendering of certain materials.)) and im curious that since these changes were made to the mac client.. do these effect the actual .dat file or just the loader client... because it seems odd to me that something like this would pop up again for pc users right after this patch is made.
  16. yeah i just got the creators update today (pc is only a few months old so it took a while to cycle in i guess) anyway, i will let you know if this keeps happening. My wife has been running creators update for a while now.. doesnt happen on her machine.

  19. running windowed full screen so i can tab out without crashing when needed.. dont have the creators update just windows 10 home..l. good to know though.. at least its not my new geforce 1060 card
  20. from the launcher?? thats odd never had it happen there.. usually happens when mounting my griffin so i was guessing it was a model issue with the mount or a memory leak... humm.. Post your crash log here.. maybe they can figure it out

  23. Yeah .. i have to admit since the last patch, i have been getting a lot of FPS lag sometimes, even though i am on a brand new high end i7700 system. It will start fps skipping while im moving or running, then if i stop for a second and stand still.. it goes away. My ping usually isnt effected and it only seems to temporarily effect my fps.. however with the crash we are getting, im wondering if its just side effects from that crash sitting in memory.
