  1. Maybe they should prioritize that then and take the loss on the queue.
  2. You can literally just push a single button to twitch your character and reset the idle kick. Unless that commander have a wired phone from the 80's, he definitely does not have any reason whatsoever to autorun into a wall.
  3. It's almost as if having an AoE reveal on the same skill that also AoE stealthed was actually a good idea, as it allowed the same build to counter itself.
  4. True at least there you can bring overwhelming numbers. But seeing groups come with 2 people and have decent fights only for them to return some hour later when more of their guild is on with like 8 people and 7 of them are supports does make the brain hurt too.
  5. It’s quite silly if you think about it and why they haven’t done so ages ago. I mean autorun kind of indicates you are going somewhere. If the game detects you run in place for more than 3m or something, it should just kick. Lag doesn’t last that long nor does looking at your inventory and accidentally running into something. As to above stating there is a legit reason to do it, that’s absolute nonsense. You want to afk, just do it. The timer is what, like 10-15m already?
  6. Except that’s no longer the case either, the boonball always wins because a boonball is not the sum of its players. It’s more. Much, much more. It needs at least 2-4x the numbers to overwhelm unless it’s a mirror copy fighting it. This means you can literally end up in a situation where numbers can’t win, because there is a map cap. But on the upside, guilds/coms can always claim they where so awesome since the enemy needed so many to take them down.
  7. Still plenty of action perhaps, but most people - which inludes most good people - will run “normal” hours, not at night. You are far more likely to run into “difficult” roamers just before prime as they start to gather or at prime. Just saying. Ultimately it’s pretty random, I’ve faced worlds with near zero small groups offering much resistance and worlds where a 2-man guild dominate a map for hours because no one can fight them.
  8. If you look at the time it’s 22+ to after midnight in all scenarios, not exactly prime (especially if much of it is weekdays). EU has a very narrow prime unlike NA with all the timezones.
  9. But you never said that in the OP. Just like a bad scouting report then.
  10. You could also make it start counting down and instead of giving you loot it is taking it away from your inventory.
  11. Meanwhile in reality, there are builds that can perma stun you to death, nevermind a couple working together.
  12. See, this is why I don’t understand people negativity toward the ultimate solution to everything wrong in GW2. This is another thing that friendly fire would solve.
  13. ... Because it's meta. What's seen in the video has been done over and over and over again, true. And then they go back to meta. Because it takes about 30m for the enemy zergs to realize what's going on, adapt to their bomb and crush them. If it didnt well you wouldnt see the meta.
  14. Increasing boonstrip wouldnt change any dynamics of boonball vs not a boonball, no. The boonball just insta-reapply everything far, far faster than any incoming boonstrips. It would only have a marginal effect in boonball vs boonball. I still say enable friendly fire to solve the problem though. It may not be the best solution but it is unquestionably the most funny solution.
  15. Or an even more obvious example, player skills such as AoE which calculations is the whole reason the game lags in zerg fights. Even from a basic point of view no matter where you are looking from - the AoE checking which players are inside or the players checking if they are inside the AoE - it is a calculation that has to take place.
  16. And then they all stack on one place while generating all the boons passively and/or by spamming skills because it’s only a matter of exponential gain inside the boonball. Don’t try to tell us that someone with no boons, barriers and bubbles trained to become skilled with all the boons, perma 30%+ barriers and bubbles up the wazzo.
  17. Look at the bright side: at least it’s not the engineer.
  18. But they already made drizzlewood, you’re lagging behind.
  19. Yeah kind of obsolete… Anet nerfed scrapper to oblivion so that no longer exist and all your DPS in there is full minstrels. Even on meta battle I see now that builds have “Chinese” in the name lol. Oh glorious immortal boonballs. Everyone play them and everyone hate them.
