If this is happening, please have it as an option. I want my ui up all the time. This would actually Need to be an option, because the kind of timing and animations needed to make that as smooth as possible would require a lot of graphical power. But is still a nice idea for the people who can support it; Many people are included, but there would still be a group that would need this as an option to turn off.
