Serious problem with Thief in WvW

Still happening. We took video of a thief doing it today on several towers and our keep. No siege built, no golems, just the thief jumping up the sides of the towers/keep. Same hack as seen in this video: -
Had the same issue today when game closed for update. I added GW2 folder to my Anti-Virus exception list and it worked fine.
