I do not have 7.1 sound so still a bug. -
I had also downloaded the entire patch.

Not the problem in this case as my slider is set to Highest Quality.

For me, it was fine on the first scene but subsequent scenes the voiceover was cut off.

Just started the story in my journal, the first scene, the Voiceover is cutting out and not playing.
