Is there any way to get in contact to Anet and make a direct request ? At least make sure they see this...

Since we just got done with featival of the four winds I went and took a look at old rewards from queen's jubilee. It'd be nice if Anet would implement a way for new player to buy . It's just taunting me in the toy selection screen, one item missing that I can never get...
