  1. I'm not able to right click player names in chat to send mail. I tried numerous players and checked to make sure that my own status was online. Steps to reproduce: Right click a player name in chat Select "Send Mail" Expected result: Mail interface opens to new Compose message with player name/account populated in the "To:" field. Observed result: Mail interface opens to inbox.
  2. Hello all. I posted about this about a month ago and am pleased to see the following note in the Game Updates: ...however, this is still not functioning properly. Steps to reproduce: Open launcher with email address populated Assume email: name@example.com Place mouse cursor over white space to the right of ".com" Execute mouse double click in this location Expected result: Entire email address is highlighted Observed result: Only "com" is highlighted. Thank you.
  3. As off the most recent update, I am no longer able to double-click-to-highlight my email address on the launcher. This would be for the purpose of entering a different email address to log in to a different account. I now have to click and drag to highlight the entire email address, which is difficult to do with one hand. Please fix, thanks.
  4. @AHITCZ.5694 Thanks for the suggestion. While doing this I noticed that my 4 key had a secondary bind to Mount Ability 2. Cleared that and things appear to be working.
  5. Hi all. My #4 skill (keybind: keyboard 4) isn't working when I'm on the Warclaw or Skiff. I searched for this issue here on the forums and found several instances of it being reported over the past couple years with Warclaw, but none of the solutions seem to apply to me. Here's where I'm at: This just started with the update prior to the most recent February 14th update. I haven't changed anything in months. Keybinds look good. "4" overlay on skill displays and corresponds to my binds. All WvW abilities are trained to max. Pressing the 4 key activates weapon skills as expected. Mouse clicking on the #4 skill on Warclaw or Skiff does activate the skill. Any ideas?
  6. I can confirm the above. I stat-changed a bunch of special ascended stuff just for the research notes. Worth it!
  7. I believe this is intended because they are specialty weapons. You can salvage / research the equivalent Steelstar (Ascended Diviner's) crafted weapons, but not the special Heroic Dragonsblood variants. Sorry. Difference: Special item = uses special achievement-related item like this Standard item = uses Vision Crystal
  8. Yeah, letter "C" is definitely what is crashing my game when searching in the Mystic Forge.

  10. As described in title. Game crashes every time I try to search for Draconic Lodestones in the Forge.
  11. There are various ways to track what item skins, tonics, minis, etc. we have yet to unlock (Bank > Wardrobe Storage, manual lists, API, third party tools and sites). However, what I believe would be the most player-friendly method is missing: a simple filter on the Trading Post. Request Please add a filter on the Trade Post to help us identify skins, minis, novelties, etc. which are still locked for our accounts. Value to help players spend more time playing and less time researching to help facilitate player-to-player transactions for these items Thank you! 😸
  12. If you mean PvP and not WvW, then assignment to red or blue is random from match to match. In PvP (not WvW), I would like to always see the opposing team as red. My brain has trouble reconciling red nameplates with the blue team color.

  14. Since around the time of the DX11 launch, I've been experiencing a drastic decrease in dialog volume when I turn away from whoever is speaking. When listening to an NPC speak, I'm accustomed to some change in volume and balance as I spin the camera around 360 degrees, but the extreme drop in volume when turning my back to the NPC is a new phenomenon which makes the dialog volume imperceptibly low.
  15. Has there been any (official) communication about participation pips and Skirmish Tickets? I'm considering starting a legendary armor set, but I don't want to make the large ticket commitment without knowing if there is a changed planned for the near future.
  16. I like the Untamed's ability to micro-manage pet skills, but I don't think it would be good to open that up to all classes. It's one of the things that makes Untamed unique. What I would like to see changed across all specializations is the ability to attack while moving. Players can do it, and I think pets should be able to do it too. It would make them feel less clunky and allow them to have a better role in combat.
  17. Agree and fully support this. There are a number of traits which depend on pet buffs, and all of them are difficult to work with when the pet's boon status is a mystery. Some might propose that Rangers should just do a better job of taking mental notes as to their pet's boons and boon durations. However, pets also get boons from other players, so we're kind of flying blind when it comes to planning the right time to do a Soulbeast merge, for example. Even the pet control panel from GW1 - dated as it is - would provide a better UX when it comes to pet management. I'd also like to see keybinds for stowing the pet.
  18. @trunks.5249 The build in your link is going in the right direction. I assume it's for PVE. I've used something similar over the years. If you like Traps and conditions and want to stay that route without shifting trait lines, consider the following changes: Switch to Trapper runes to lower your trap cooldowns. This rune just got nerfed in PvP but is still great in PVE. Shortbow is good. Consider Axe + Torch for second set. Consider Child of Earth trait in Wilderness Survival. It can help you snare mobs within your traps for maximum condition exposure. Trailblazer gear may be work better for you.
  19. Using Bloodthirsty Charge immediately after swapping to the Juvenile Wallow feels like much longer than 1.75 seconds (which is already quite long). I haven't noticed any animation either. Is all of this intended?
  20. Don't know if it's been mentioned by others, but I get extreme input latency on DX11, which forces me to revert. I keep switching back to DX11 hoping to see it resolved, but the issue has persisted since the DX11 option has been available. All of my keyboard commands - WASD, 1-5, spacebar, etc. - all execute after a significant delay.

I can't help but chuckle at the Dunning-Kruger-esque comments from players who very clearly don't work in software development, yet seem to think they have insight into how it works or ought to work. 😆 @Cobalt Flame.8056- Many thanks to you and your team for the update! 💪 Pay no attention to the players trying extra hard to turn good news into not-good-enough-news. 🙄
  23. Hi all! While creating a new human female character, I'm not seeing any difference between two options for Body Features: Physique. The two options in question are the furthest to the right after clicking the arrow to scroll right: one option is the one at far upper right, the other is the option below it at the far lower right. I don't know if it has always been this way, or if this is a new thing, or if I'm just not seeing the difference. Can anyone confirm? Thanks for your time!
