Guilds should be able to run private tags if they pay for it. Just make a mentor track or something with WvW rank/points where anyone who wants to pugmand can tag. -
Daggers are not great, warhorn is worse now, necro weapons aside from axe/scepter/focus feel dated af (not that necro is alone in this).

More finishing skills would be cool. Also wouldn’t hate seeing them nerf normal revives but not the skills or traits, at least there is a cost with taking certain utilities either to finish someone or pull them up.

I mean saying stuff like the above is really not helping. I never said anything about straight removal, there are plenty of nobs for them to turn to adjust how downstate and revives function in WvW/PvP. I’m not getting paid to design their game for them but I’d be happy to see what creative ways they can tweak it. Going from a mechanic being implemented to straight removal is generally not a good idea, gradual adjustments would be the way to go.

I think there are plenty of people willing to meet halfway or explore different options. Coming out and saying the other side isn’t willing to compromise so it isn’t worth trying is not a great way to have a discussion. (Next it will be why are we so defensive? 😂)

It’s a win more mechanic, still haven’t seen a good counter argument. It’s super easy to revive someone in a blob and even easier with certain traits/utilities.

There is too much CC in the game, it’s been an arms race with stability. A lot needs to be reworked and they really should have focused more on boon strips imo. -
Downstate has always been a problem so far as it helps the team with numbers win more. There is little to no opportunity cost to revive (and this cost diminishes with additional revivers).

DAOC addressed it with pretty hard DR and then straight up immune. It’s been a while since I’ve played wow so can’t remember if you reach immunity but you eventually get pretty big DR on stuns and fears. -
I rarely do, this doesn’t mean the current iteration is okay or shouldn’t be fun. Shouldn’t the devs try to make the roles equal? (Or even incentivize support)

Removing stability is a bad idea. The game is already CC heavy and again just citing DAOC (old engine but maybe the best WvW to date?) had a pretty strong diminishing returns on hard CC skills. Why everyone took purge as first RA and after maybe 1-2 cleanse (can’t remember and depends on initial cc/cc length) you basically couldn’t be stunned or mezed for a while. Just give all specs/players involved in the fight/party/squad equal rewards if they are in the proximity of the fight.

Played bard and shaman in DAOC and the rewards were pretty much the same I think? Just got credit for being in a group though those two classes might be bad examples as they were AOE tagging.

Just at a loss that people almost seem to be defending this, probably the same people complaining in map chat we have no sustain. The higher the tier and larger the fights the greater this gap between dps and support rewards get as well.

Harb kind of broke the game but weren’t core and to a lesser degree reaper signet specs still a thing? (At least roaming)

Eh horn was good LF gen not just mobility. This nerf sucks though, heaven forbid we interrupt guardians and revs. (Or anyone blocking) This heal is actually some kind of joke, would love to hear the logic on the changes to this weapon because it is completely out of touch with reality. -
Yeah should have mentioned class, fb is the worst for bags.

I get way more bags as dps than support. Also usually playing with a real group while playing support so theoretically getting more kills with less reward.
