So over 3 days I've come to notice not a single rune set I equip is applying the 6th tier stat bonus to my character builds. This includes Runes of Strength, Surging, Chronomancer, Unread and krait runes to list but a few. I really hope a dev sees this post as I've reported 2 of them via in-game bug report but I'm afraid it's not noticed yet. I even watched my combat log chat to make sure things were properly being applied and can confirm nothing is working atm. (Should mention I have 1 legendary rune in my gear set currently testing without using the legendary rune)
Just double checked and it is in fact my legendary rune causing said issue. every set works when using normal runes.
