That it seems like we won't be getting new elite specs in the next expac is a massive letdown for me.

I'm mostly happy that it isn't rifle or longbow.

Here's to hoping it can make fields, and has a blast finisher or two.

I'm happy we're not getting any of this cowboy or great white hunter nonsense, and reading some of these posts cements that feeling.

I know I'm in the minority, but I don't care. I don't want a 1200 range weapon because they usually suck outside of super specific setups or have, maybe, one useful/good skill.

By and large, sword is a condi weapon is why. Dagger gives might, and has increased crit damage.

Have they said anything on elite specializations?

The existing specs don't make sense with all of your combinations, and I don't see the point in the fan-made things in there.

I voted melee. Mace and greatsword are still on the table.

It was funny. It won't stop either, but this seems to happen with every expansion where people get their hopes up about what they expect and want. Only to be disappointed, and hilariously so. Again.

I want hammer or shield, but I'll take rifle.

I know we won't be getting one, but I stand by wanting one with a hammer just so I can slightly relive being a bunny thumper. Maybe physicals for the utilities. I suck at the idea stuff.

Sword mainhand with spirits (yes, like ranger spirits). Call it the ritualist. Make all the GW1 fans happy, or at least happy enough for them to shut up about it.
