    I have been disconnected a dozen times. I have restarted the router/modem. I have tried lowering my settings. I cannot play. I really want to experience this new story, but being disconnected all the time is discouraging. What can I do?

    I have rebooted my PC, reset my modem/router, and turned off my firewall, but I continue to receive Error code 58. What else can I do?
