It would be perfect that when the legendary armoury is rolled out... That sigils and runes have their own slots in builds and hence are not linked to armor and weapons... That would make legendary runes and sigils worth it -
Totally agree They don't need to be highly visual and glamorous to look good, these skins are just bad and ugly to look at, totally disappointed and bummed....

The weapon skins are sooooo disappointing.. There is no way I farm bosses for those nor I'm encouraged to raid for them
