  1. You are still using the old client. You should definitely download the new one, which uses the data files from the old client so you might not have to download the game again.
  2. Annnnd, may I ask on how the performance of the 64-bit Mac app is on your Mac setup?And also what specifically is your Mac setup? iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017) with 1TB SSD and Radeon Pro 580 8 GB, 4,2 GHz Intel Core i7......
  3. I am running off APFS file system on the internal SSD and it is super fast. I am always the first one to load.
  4. Since the small cursor on Retina displays is intended, I found a nice workaround. Select Guild Wars 2 64-bit.app and hit CMD+I. Set "Open in Low Resolution". Now I can play as always since no mac on earth could handle retina resolutions.
  5. I have a new bug, that has not been discussed yet:My cursor is still to small since i play on retina, but have UI-scaling off. I tried to workaround by increasing cursor size in System Preferences -> Accessibility -> Display -> Cursor Size. The ingame cursor is indeed bigger, but now while i move the cursor, the fps rate drops to about a half. (Feels like the map pan issue.)Then I discovered, that the larger cursor moves with a small delay on macOS while GW2 is started. I think that it is an error in macOS's cursor handling...
  6. Hello,I still have an issue with the cursor being to small, because I play on an retina display, but want to keep UI scaling disabled, since playing in lower resolution is just fine.I also don't think there is any mac, that could handle a resolution where ui-scaling would be necessary.I want the cursor scaling to be bound to the system scale, not the ingame option.Anyone else has this issue?!
  7. So I now have a serious crash, which prevents one of my characters to load into map completlty. It first crashed after entering one location in Domain of Vabbi and since then it crashes on character load every time. https://imgur.com/a/YHbsU --> Crash <--Assertion: targetFile: \Users\buildsrv\Gw2\Live\NAEU\v2\Code\Gw2\Game\Effect\Cli\EfCliEffectModel.cpp(898)
  8. For me, everything works, but the cursor is only half sized. I get the normal size back by enableling dpi scaling, but thats not what i want.Physical Resolution: 5120 x 2880Logical Resolution of macOS: 2560 x 1440Resolutioon set inside guildwars: 1920 x 1080. DPI scaling off.
  9. This is a known issue, which I think is related to hovering or disapearing AOE fields. It basically fails to recalculate the outline of the terrain or something.
  10. I just hadAssertion: !index || m_refArray[index]File: ......\Services\IdMgr\IdMgr.h(88)
  11. Hi, i just wanted to tell what is very great about the client.1) Native fullscreen windows ("Spaces"). Makes using the rest of the macOS while playing very nice.2) High resolution textures. Client handles high resolution textures very good.3) Resolutions, that are factors of the native resolution. This makes even low resolutions make look sharp.4) Runs good on lowest quality (which still looks great) on newest iMac 27".
  12. I may have some information about the stuttery map pan issue. I discovered that I can reproduce this issue by setting "Reports per second" in my Logitech Mouse drive to 500. Lower values (250, 125) fixes the problem for me. https://imgur.com/a/Up0Bg
  13. Since today, the gem shop is unresponsive for me. Currency exchange and black lion are working.https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/content_link/ZnEe0sseOE9xT4K2CR4X3Ldkd6OFUrcyU2RxiPcd5kSA7WirH8IUkwEZdbILL89X/file.png
  14. Hello, i played daily and there is no keyboard bug since :). Is the client compatible with APFS and High Sierra?
