Experiencing the same issue, hiding UI makes it disappear and changing the scale of the UI changes the position of the line. Check out my post https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/4815/pof-graphical-ui-bug/p1?new=1Same problem but I figured out what causes it.
